At Autelpilot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your drone and diagnostic equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@autelpilot.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all flight controllers, cables, batteries, and manuals that were part of the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated inspection center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
